Online Ordering Schedule
  Our product is sourced globally, and we recommend a lead time of 5 days, to allow your order to be shipped.
You can place orders for product arriving NYC on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ready for In-store pick-up, Delivery, or Overnight FedEx.

Order Delivery Options
  On the checkout page you will be presented with different Shipping Methods options to select from.
You must select from one of them for your order to be processed.
  • Delivery by ACF van to NYC, parts of Queens, Bronx or Brooklyn
  • Delivery to Connecticut
  • Delivery to Northern New Jersey
  • Pick-up in store. (Select 'ACF IN-STORE PICK-UP, NY' in drop down menu in Shipping information on check-out page).
  • Overnight FedEx, Please provide us with your FedEx Account number, to be used at time of your shipment. (This field must be filled out to process the order)

How much is my shipping?
  TRI_STATE AREA
We offer van delivery to the Tri-State area, (with exceptions). Depending which State (CT, NJ, NY) you are logged in from, the checkout page will provide you with the van rates for that area.

OTHER AREAS
We recommend using Priority Overnight from FedEx since we are shipping perishables.
Until we ready your order for shipping we do not know the size or weight of your shipment. At this time, we are asking that you provide us with your FedEx Account Number for your shipment.

What is your return policy?
  We request that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your flowers if their are any issues to address. Please provide us with photos within the 24 hours so we can better help you. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy.
When will my order ship?
  You are ordering for Monday, Wednesday and Friday deliveries to NYC, available for In-store Pick-up , ACF Van delivery, or Priority Overnight FedEx.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.
FedEx tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.

How do I return an item?
  Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc sells fresh cut flowers that are perishable.
You have 24 hours upon receipt of your order to inform Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc of any problems you may have encountered with your order. Please e-mail photos of all items that are at issue to
customer service - returns with the following information: Customer Name/Code, Invoice#, Product, description of issue, and picture identification.
We do not accept returns.
