Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No, since you are purchasing from a wholesaler, and your purchases are intended for you to resell.
However when you first register your account with Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc. the last part of the registration form that is required, is for you to provide us with your "New York Resale Certificate Number".

New York State Businesses: Please provide us with your valid NYS Resale Number, which we verify with the state prior to your account being approved. (Your account will not be approved without the "valid" Number).
Here is the link for the NYS Resale Form ST-120, if you do not already have one.

Non - New York State Businesses: Please enter "NONE" in the required field to register your account. (Since you are doing business outside of NYS there is no state sales tax applicable).
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service - billing for further assistance.
What are my payment choices?
  We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Debit Cards. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not process your order until we receive payment from you.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged after your order has been processed.
Once your order has been processed your cart is locked, and cannot be edited.
