Who can buy from Associated Cut Flowers online?
  Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc. is strictly a wholesale flower company and sells only to Professional Florists, Floral Designers, Event Planners and related trades. Our online ordering system is intended for those qualified professionals.
You will not be able to view our prices or place orders until you have registered to purchase online.

This is to help protect the wholesale and retail channel of distribution.
(We sell to the TRADE only. We do not sell to the general public).

We qualify each New Customer and verify the business information. New York State Residents must provide a valid NYS Resale identification number, which we verify with NYS. (Purchases made at our NYC Location require a valid NYS resale certificate).

The Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc. web site is a Members Only Website for registered users only. If you are interested in becoming a registered user, please click here.

If you are an existing customer of Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc. and wish to gain access to the site, please continue with the registration page. This will help us to insure that your account information is up to date. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your account is pending registration. You will be notified that your account is enabled once we have confirmed your account information.

What is a 'Members Only' website
  Our online ordering system has been set-up as a 'Members Only' Website.
How do I create an account?
  1) Please fill in our Registration Page with your information.
2) Enter your email address, and provide a password for your account.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Since you are setting up a 'Member Only' account, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of status pending, while we approve your account set-up. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How long is the approval process for a 'Members Only' account?
  After you register a new 'Members Only' account, your account is 'Membership Pending' prior to approval. We review the application Monday through Friday, and approve the account within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after approval, and then have full access to the Associated Cut Flower Online site.
Link to Resale Certificates
  When you first register your account with Associated Cut Flower Co., Inc. the last part of the registration form that is required, is for you to provide us with your "New York State Resale Certificate Number".

New York State Businesses: Please provide us with your valid NYS Resale Number, which we verify with the state prior to your account being approved. (Your account will not be approved without the "valid" NYS Number. Your Fed EIN is not the same number).

Non - New York State Businesses: Please enter "NONE" in the required field to register your account.
